We are independent disc jockeys. We were all trained by other disc jockey services before we worked for 7 Green Sound & Entertainment.

What does this mean? Some disc jockey services train disc jockeys. We do not train djs. We believe it takes a minimum of 2 years of work to learn how to be a good wedding dj. Think about it. You have to coordinate all the formal events, and learn music for both young and old.

We also will meet with the bride and help plan their special day. A lot of disc jockey services will not even let you know who the dj is going to be until the last minute.

Warning to all brides!

•  Make sure the disc jockey you call on for a reference is the disc jockey that is the one who is going to do your event.

•  If the disc jockey service will not tell you the name of the disc jockey, they are not sure he/she will make the cut and be employed at the time of your event. They are not confident that their dj will make the grade.

•  If you see a posting on their site “Apply Here”, that tells me they take djs off the street.

Why take the risk?

With our dj service you will always know who your dj is going to be when you book your date (not at the last minute or the week of your event). We use only experienced disc jockeys. We do not hire and train off the street.
